meeting 24 - 14 october

time: 11.30pm - 5pm (fadh), 4.30pm - 6pm (aina, shila, peiyi)

1. growth curve of s.epi
innoculate at: 12pm in incubator shaker, 100rpm, 37dc (15ml)
1pm - 0.084 (14ml)
2pm - 0.104 (13ml)
3pm - 0.142 (12ml)
4pm - 0.202 (11ml)
4.45pm - 0.212 (10ml)
5.15pm - 0.408 (9ml)
6pm - 0.814 (8ml)
100ul for innoculation.

2. innoculation
100ul into 10ml broth

3. LB agar and broth
prepare, autoclave and pour plate
total: 47 plates and 750ml broth
